1) wear clothes that match well and contrast well

2) go to the gym and work out

3) always have your chest out stomach in, no slouching

4) Do not talk to people and touch your face, fold your arms or shift your eyes away from them

5) go out with people not as good looking or as humourous as you

6) find something your good at, and find opportunities to show them off

7) do not be overconfident, be cocky at the right time

How to make an easy meal out of everyday groceries

this meal is for 1 person or 2 depending on your appetite

1) boil 2 potatoes till u can poke through them

2) boil an egg till its hardboiled

3)blanch sweet peas for 10 seconds

4) put together add mayo , remember to cut them into bite size pieces!

5) bacon bits ? crutons etc =D anything small and crispy

stay tune for more easy everyday meals.

Now what do you do when u go to a scorching hot beach ? O.O !!

1) U put on sunblock! now, thats for protection against skin cancer, and for those who want to get a tan, a suntan lotion , but becareful , try not to spend too long under the direct sunlight, would say 2 hrs at most =)

2) play sports ! badminton , provided theres not wind , which is highly unlikely!, beach volley ball!, beach football / soccer!

3) have a picnic ! remember to find a shady spot! and not so sandy area, you wouldn`t want sand in your sandwich litteraly

4) FISHING! yes fishing, its great to pass time with, and u even might get your lunch or dinner =D remember to protect yourself from the sun!

5) build sand castles, or sand anythings =DD

6) laze around and just sleep =D

7) Look out for any1 drowning or in trouble and go be a HERO

MELBOURNE (AFP) - – An Australian cat named Smokey survived 13 shots to the head from an air rifle and then found his way home after what police on Tuesday called a "shocking" act of animal cruelty.

The nine-year-old moggy turned up on his owners' doorstep bleeding from his head last week, three days after he went missing from the family home in Maryborough, central Victoria.

A medical examination revealed 13 pellets lodged in his head and face. Sergeant Craig Pearse said it was remarkable Smokey had managed to get home after his ordeal.

"This is just a shocking incident where someone either working alone or in a group has shown no regard for animal life and left Smokey for dead," Pearse said.

The distressed feline had to be heavily sedated while 11 of the pellets were removed, he said, adding that Smokey was expected to recover.

Animal welfare advocate Hugh Wirth said the incident was "utterly disgraceful", and that Smokey's tormentors deserved jail.

"Almost certainly these will be young males around about the age of 18 to 20 who have done this," said Wirth, Victoria state's president of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

"It's a pattern that we see throughout Australia and there's only one way to deal with it -- and that's jail."

Acne Tips

Pimples and acne can be cleared with garlic juice and water. Take about 3 or 4 pods of raw garlic, skinned and finely chopped, and soak it in milk for half an hour to remove the unpleasant smell. Then rub the mixture on your acne. ( I`ve tried it without doing the finely chopped and soaking in milk thing, i just cut it in half and put it all over my pimples, AND IT BURNS LIKE HELL )

Grate or shred the pulp of a raw potato and rub it on the skin to cure acne fast – including pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads.

Ripe tomato pulp has vitamin C as well, and can be applied to the face for up to one hour. Doing this regularly will help keep skin clear and bright.

Lemon juice dabbed directly on a pimple just before bedtime will dry it up before morning, and also helps to prevent any unsightly scarring.

( well.. i tried the tomato one too and it kinda hurts abit if your face has broken skin )

An 18 year old boy who lives in Ridgemere Drive, GreenWood is under FBI scrutiny after issuing a number of ' SERIOUS ' threats via the popular MMO WOW according to an indystar.com article.

He issued a threat on the 13th that he ' was going to board a plan at 7.30 to Chicago and that he was going to try and kill as many Americans as possible'

He then proceeded to leave several other threatening messages. This raised a ruckus in Blizzard`s headquarters, as they notified the authorities about it.

After initially claiming that his account was hacked, the boy admitted to making up the threats as a jest to see whether it would bring the police to his house.
